Yes, we provide E-Way bills for all inter-state shipments as per Indian government regulations. For any consignment valued above ₹50,000 moving between states, our team generates the necessary documentation to ensure a smooth transit across state borders without legal delays or penalties at check posts.

GST for packers and movers in India typically falls under two brackets. If you opt for full service (packing, loading, transport, unloading), it is generally 18%. However, if you only use transport services, it might be 5% (without Input Tax Credit). We provide transparent invoices detailing the GST component to help corporate clients claim GST input where applicable.

For safety and legal compliance, we do not transport the following items:

• Flammable liquids and gases (LPG cylinders, petrol, kerosene)
• Perishable food items that may rot during transit
• Valuables like jewelry, hard cash, and important legal documents (personal carry recommended)
• Explosives, firearms, and ammunition
• Contraband or illegal substances prohibited by Indian law

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a unique Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can enter this ID on our 'Track Shipment' page for real-time GPS updates. Additionally, a dedicated move coordinator will be assigned to you, available 24/7 for verbal updates on your consignment's current location and estimated time of arrival.

While not strictly mandatory by law, we highly recommend Transit Insurance (Transit Risk Coverage) for peace of mind. It covers unforeseen accidents, natural calamities, or fire during transit. The premium is typically 3% of the declared value of your goods, and we assist in the entire documentation and claim process if needed.
