Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ContiMove, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy applies to all packing, moving, relocation, storage, and related services provided through our website and business operations.

Refund Policy

Advance Payments

  • Any advance payment made to confirm a booking may be refunded if the cancellation request is received within the applicable cancellation period.
  • Processing fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative expenses may be deducted from the refund amount.

Service Not Yet Started

If the customer cancels before the scheduled moving date, a refund may be issued according to the Cancellation Policy below.

Service Already Started

  • Once packing, loading, transportation, or any part of the service has commenced, refunds will generally not be available.
  • Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the company in exceptional circumstances.

Failed or Incomplete Services

If ContiMove is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to the company, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • Customer absence at the pickup location.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by weather, government restrictions, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond the company's control.

Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation by contacting our customer support team via phone, email, or the contact form on the website.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees are determined based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

More than 72 hours before

Full refund of advance payment, subject to applicable processing charges.

24 – 72 hours before

Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Less than 24 hours before

Advance payment may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule services subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply if service requirements change.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

If ContiMove cancels a booking due to operational reasons, customers will be offered either a full refund or an alternative service date.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
